![]() ![]() The lazy river was a 15 min wait to get to the front area just to have a shortage of inner tubes and practically have to fight over getting one from the other customers. The lounge chairs were old and dirty, looked as if no one had been cleaning or disinfecting at all. All the other restrooms were small and had long lines constantly. Then once you finally get through that ciaos and get into the park, the bathrooms were not the cleanness and there's only one big bathroom with multiple stalls throughout the park and it's in the front entrance. We waited for approx 45mins in line at the light because there's no one directing traffic to help things move fluidly. We went over the holiday weekend and lets just stay it wasn't a good experience starting from the parking situation. Six Flags should be ashamed to have their name attached to this waterpark. ![]() I have no financial recourse so I want to let others know don’t waste your money unless you like lines cold burgers and mushy fries! I am leaving this review as my poor survey was ignored and you state no refunds. I fear for the lifeguards at the wave pool it’s totally not safely managed as much as they were trying to monitor it was too crowded. The staff at entry was friendly and knowledgeable and that’s where it ended. And just take the whole family friendly swimsuits enforced throng off your website all I saw was way too friendly suits not ok for family □. I couldn’t hold my toddler I was told to get a life jacket - but from where? This policy appeared to let parents be negligent not vigilant. The wave pool was packed and I witnessed 2 toddlers in 10 min being lost from their parents- but they had life jackets on. The staff in the restaurant had no idea what was or wasn’t included in our meal plans. ![]() The line to get our lunch was an hr and 15 min. We didn’t pack food as according to your site that isn’t allowed nor are chairs - apparently that isn’t truly enforced as we saw a group of 10 or so with chairs and coolers. Unfortunately, having already bought our tickets online there was no going back sitting in a 40min line to get to the parking lot. Our experience was overpriced misery! There were way too many patrons, admission numbers really need to be monitored somehow. Six Flages was so stupid to take over this water park! I'll end with this it shouldn't be Hurricane Harbor it should be Wet N Wild! Have a nice day Six Flages owner or not I DON'T CARE! Also, this is coming from the oldest great grandkid, so I don't even want to come back even as a kid to be there!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! If the jungle Jim for kids is nice why can't the other rides for older people be nice to. My great grandkids came to visit and the oldest even said "It's a dump they need to fix this place up" I AGREE! Even in the little kid area there's this rainbow thing that sprays the little kids with water it doesn't work anymore, so dumb. You now need to pay extra for parking, what the heck! The waves in the wave pool were broken for 3 weeks, FIX IT! We went there for fun not for a dumpy place! The lights on one of one of the rides were broken. It needs to be cleaned it's a gross place to be I would rather stay home. We won’t be back and plan to tell everyone about this horrific experience. She offered us VIP passes but at this point we told her we were exhausted, frustrated and my friend has stage 4 cancer and we all needed to leave. We pleaded with her and explained our case. Candice, the “official supervisor” of this group informed us she wouldn’t be able to offer a refund. We approached the “supervisors office”, which consisted of a room of 18-24 year old kids, and asked for a refund. It was now 12pm, we had been at the park for 1 hour 30 minutes and rode 1 ride. My best friend with cancer was hurting and we decided we needed to leave. At this point we decided we couldn’t wait in any more lines and wanted to relax in the lazy river but discovered they don’t have any tubes, we were told this was caused by a “nation wide tube shortage”.Īt this point, we were burned out, extremely frustrated and exhausted. Our first ride was a 45 minute wait, followed by a 45 second ride! We then attempted to go on one of our favorite rides, Cyclone, and discovered it was closed due to staffing issues. We discovered this was due to staffing shortages. The lines were super long from the start. Parking was $20, tickets after fees were $55 each for adults and $30 for the 2 kids. Her two nieces were in town ( 8 and 13) and we decided to tough it out for them. I was with my best friend, who is battling stage 4 breast cancer (the cancer has spread to her brain, liver and lungs. I arrived Wednesday at 10:30am, right when they opened. ![]()
